Influenced by her friendsâ€™ participation in the event, sophomore Lauren Onaga also took part in Inktober. Rather than leaving her art in black and white, Onaga adds colors to her drawings with markers.
â€śThe prompts are vague, so itâ€™s difficult to think of what to draw,â€ť Onaga said. â€śBut itâ€™s a great way to be creative and feel accomplished. [My favorite part so far] is being able to see other peopleâ€™s artwork and how completely different [their works] are from mine, but still came from the same topic.â€ť
