Cody Dye
Sport: Baseball
Position: Right hand pitcher
Commitment: University of New Mexico
“It’s a proud moment in my baseball career, and I just want to thank my parents and my coaches for helping me get there. I don’t know what I’ll do if I didn’t have baseball — it’s kind of my escape to all my problems,” Dye said. “[At the University of New Mexico] I have a great chance to win [its] conference every year. It’s a good school.  [The school’s baseball team] good at hitting, it’s good for me because I am a pitcher, so I get a lot of run support. I went on my visit and it’s a great little community. Everybody joins together. I just can’t wait to help the team in the future.”

Michael Moy
Sport: Baseball
Position: Second baseman/Right hand pitcher
Commitment: La Sierra University
“I was really excited that I got recruited to play college ball, but it was strange that I got recruited as a pitcher, even though I play shortstop. This motivates and pushes me to work harder on the field and start practicing my pitching,” Moy said. “The coach [of La Sierra] knew who I was and watched me play. I knew that he had interest in me, so that’s why I chose La Sierra.”
