As students prepare for their journey beyond high school, programs like the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) and Career-related Program (IBCP), Career Technical Education (CTE), Academic Design Program (ADP), Project Lead the Way (PLTW) and Dual Enrollment Program are designed to lead students to success in further education and future careers.
The IB Programs give students a chance to earn an internationally recognized diploma, which can be used for entry into top universities around the world, through a series of challenging classes. Teachers are required to attend training to become an IB teacher, and the school is evaluated regularly by IB to make sure they maintain IB’s high educational standard.
ADP emphasizes real-world problem-solving, interaction and communication. Unlike other programs, ADP focuses more on the social science and English curriculum set by the state. Smaller ADP class sizes provide students with a closer, more intimate learning community.
Students can satisfy both high school and college graduation requirements through the Dual Enrollment program between the high school and Mt. San Antonio College (Mt. SAC). Dual Enrollment classes are taught by Mt. SAC professors, and the program currently offers the following courses for the 2024-25 school year: Hospitality and Restaurant Management, American Sign Language and Real Estate Broker.
All these programs allow students to further pursue their interests.
